Hi! I’m Karoline — many know me as "Karl." I am a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, and wellness educator here to help you reconnect with your body, move with intention, and remember the power that always exists within YOU. I believe that movement is a portal — not just to physical strength, but to clarity, confidence, and alignment in every area of your life. I take a holistic approach to movement, where mindfulness is woven throughout the very essence of the experience. Each class and offering is a space to reconnect with both body and mind, pairing intentional movement with grounding mindfulness practices that leave you feeling centered, strong, and (most importantly) restored. May you fully embrace that the only requirement of being here, is that you come as you are. Whether you’re new to movement, already embrace your own practice, or simply ready to fall in love with it again,
you belong here.

Karoline is an accredited Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy for Sports Medicine, and a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified instructor with niche trainings in Barre and a yoga inspired weighted movement known as "Sculpt." She teaches through a lens of inclusivity, strength, and joy. Karoline's curiosity continues to guide her as she pursues additional credentials through NASM's Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Wellness Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist programs. Some of her personal passions and ways of living revolve around the ancient eastern tradition of Ayurveda, which she continues to explore as she deepens her understanding of what it truly means to live an intentional life. Her favorite part about learning these various modalities of intentional living is being able to share it with her clients and students. ​​

"Inspire through Movement was born from my belief that movement is more than exercise — it’s a way back home to yourself. My inspiration comes from the teachers, students, and communities that have shown me the power of connection, presence, and empowerment through movement. My intention is to create spaces where movement and wellness feels accessible, welcoming, and deeply personal — spaces that remind you that you already hold everything you need within. This work is rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and care — guiding you to explore your own strength, growth, and freedom with every practice. In my pursuit of living an authentic life that is grounded in practices that keep my mind and body aligned, I look forward to offering the same to this community and share in our pursuits of an intentional life.
